I wouldn't get one that didn't have the integrated webcam, personally. It looks like a good deal, though, esp since it's one of the Atom-equipped ones.

I'm tempted to snag the Jawbone 2 over on sellout, though... my friends/family keep bitching about how much my Motorola one sucks ass.

Er... unless you're under 18 or 20 or something there isn't a law against using a phone in a vehicle in VA, they changed it a few years ago.

[/quote]Good to know. I only moved here 6 months ago so I'm actually not entirely clear on all the laws, but VA just passed a texting ban and DC already has fines for using a phone in the car without a handsfree device I figured VA did as well.

That's because these fucktard 17 year olds sit on their phones texting and ram into everything from police cars to houses. Dipshit 15 year old with no license and on the phone hit my girlfriend 2 years ago, while he was coming around a corner, AND after she had run herself almost all the way off the road to avoid it. He didn't even drop the phone.

Fairly accurate, except she called me after they had talked with the cops and the kid was gone, I found out to my dismay after flying down residential roads at 70mph to do just that.

You shouldn't do it anyways.  Cellphone drivers piss me off, and something like 5%-10% of all accidents are caused by a cellphone driver.  Doesn't sound big but fuck, most guys I end up passing on the road cause they are doing 10 under and driving like shit are either old or on a cellphone.

Leave your phone and just answer/call back when you arrive at wherever you are going.  If it's a real emergency then just pull over.  Unless you are in rush hour traffic or something.

I -hate- cellphone drivers.  If someone calls me, I look at the name and make a head note to call them whenever I get to wherever I go unless it's late at night or something where there isn't a lot of people to get stuck behind.  And don't even get me started on those who TEXT while they drive.  Fucking hell...

Also for the love of god use your turn signal before you decide to hit your breaks and make a right turn.  If you don't even use your signal at all and take 3 hours to make the turn then you offically fail at life. :-*
