I'm planning to overclock my processor (C2D 2.66ghz) and I was looking for a new fan/heatsink. Anyone have any recommendations for a LGA 775 socket?

Antec, Coolermaster, Zaleman are all reliable brands for coolers. Zaleman tends to be a little overpriced on their latest cooler every time though.
