Johnny Bravo is pretty good, duck dodgers is great, Animaniacs/tiny toons were good, and i'm gonna have to say any loony toon especially ones with road runner and coyote.

(also, best disney cartoon is Mighty Ducks, but gargoyles was great.

All you people suck for not knowing how awesome Hannah Barbara was.  They even had the first gay cartoon character:

I thought huckleberry hound was the first gay character.

Besides I was never a Hannah Barbara fan.  Some of them were full of win but most of his cartoon characters were lame (such as Grape Ape, Wally Gator, Josey and the Pussy Cats and all his other Scooby Doo rip offs)
