Just rented a place in portland to move into the 10th.  425 a month, including all utilities.  This would be much sweeter if i had found a job yet.

Nah, it's the room is 700 square feet in a large house and i get my own balcony, in a really hip neighboor hood a block from a theater pub (combining beer and 3 dollar second run movies), and 30 blocks from pretty much everything.
