Absolutely nothing. The only problem is there are a heck of a lot of annoying fans of it who fulfill the whole "WERE SUCH KAWAII OTAKU ^__^ DESU DESU!" stereotype, and so people tend to get hostile in response (as admittedly, weeaboos can get rather annoying) and it starts retarded arguments. It's just like Apple or Final Fantasy 7, where some really annoying fanboys and girls of it sort of ruin it for everyone, and it turns into a moronic "OMG MAC/ANIMU/SEPHIORTH IS THE BEST THING EVER, IT'S JUST TO DEEP FOR YOU!" vs "WRONG! IT'S THE CANCER THAT'S KILLING REAL LIFE AND THE WORST THING EVER MADE" with no in between.

Tl'dr: Nothing, but this is the internet where tears are actually shed over Infamous vs. Prototype. People are overreact to shit, with anime being one of the best (worst?) examples of it, and you get the same mentality that starts console wars. Just do what you want, and don't be an annoying twat, on either side of the spectrum.
