Actually if you hit anyone with the activation, whether they're blocking or not they can always jump it. So if you FA->dash->jab jab backward lk hp and hit them with it, they can jump it. however there are multiple setups, look up edma akuma videos on youtube and he has a whole bunch of raging demon setups.

I always do it after my opponent is landing a jump (like in mid air) just keep an eye on the timing and it's really easy to land.

[/quote]No, it's AT&T's fault for giving me a shitty router that throttles the speed. I can't even fucking hook up my own router. But I'm poor and they're cheaper than everyone else in town. I'd be fine if I could just hook my comp up with an ethernet cable but I can't do that.

[/quote]I'm sorry I can't control the fact AT&T gives me a POS router. Even if I paid for their highest speed internet they'd still give me the POS router which ruins the point of even having internet that fast. Putting my computer in the DMZ doesn't help, and hooking it up via ethernet is not an option.

fixed my internet problems, played with fail for around 15 minutes with no hiccups

Fuck Capcom and their stupid fucking input shortcuts.  Fucking tired of getting a cannon spike anytime I touch the lower quarter of my dpad.  Maybe this isn't so much of a problem on a stick.  You still selling that old stick you had Tragic?

I didn't even know this was going on.  Some of my oh-shit-soul-throws came out of fucking nowhere and now I know why.  Iiiiiiiii can't say I like it either, but as it stands it's not really going to change the way I play now that I know about it.

Edit:  Street Fighter IV stability has taken a nose dive.  Several times I have crashed at round end in online matches (making it seem like I'm rage-quitting >_>) .  I can't make it past Rose's fourth challenge set without crashing.  It's like a hidden time limit.  This is becoming aggrevating.
