There is a bat flying around my house, any suggestions on how to get it out?

i had a bat in my garage once, i put a pet carrier with some fruit out there and waited for it
worked pretty well |

yea the best way to get it out is set a trap. but if its night, and the room it is stuck in has a window, open the window and it should fly away within an hour or two (unless its raining then idk). if it doesn't go away look at the bright side, you'll have less bugs in your house.

if you keep the window closed, then your bat will still be inside, but if you open it, more bats will come in

Most have enough eyesight to perceive light and dark, as well as shapes and colours, AFAIK. I would be disoriented, too, if I spent my whole life living in a cave in the dark, leaving only at night to forage and...oh, wait. |
