Update my list, after testing some stuff out, but I still think Big Blue and Rainbow Cruise are fine. Up to Jeff to decide though.

Shit man, I honestly know nothing about competitive Smash, so ban any levels you want.  As long as everybody agrees.  Also, so the 4 man final game is a no go?

I'm in for 4 man tournament. Though for stage bans... how competitive do you want this? If you don't care, I say we forgo stage bans as a whole. Do a random stage the first match, loser picks second stage, then if you have to have a third match, loser of 2nd gets to pick it. That way matches can be a best 2 out of 3 thing, and it'll just be more relaxed and fun. Personally, I find a lot of the banned stages fun to play on. Ehh, I agree stage picks should be random. but the bans are there to weed out the stages that either make the match a game of chance, or undermine the entire game. I don't think it's too Tourney Fagish; most of those are stages I avoid playing on even in casual play, because their kinda shit.

WarioWare (My favorite stage in the game, but a little to random for a tournament)
New Pork City (I <3 Mother 3 to death, but this stage is kind of bork)
75m (Way to wacky)
Mario Bros (See 75m)
Flat Zone 2 (Too much random instant death. Love the stage though)

Spear Pillar is fine. If you ask me, any scrolling stage ought to be banned because it takes away from the fighting. I love WarioWare, but I see the reasons for it being banned. Both of the Flat Zones would be better off banned considering the sheer amount of things in them. New Pork is fine by me, but I won't lose any sleep over it being banned. Hannenbow I love, but it's not good for actual play. 75m and Mario Bros I can also see the reasons.

Gravity changes, some characters change movesets... I dunno. I don't know how it works on wifi. It feels a little faster, but it's kinda glitchy at times.

Yeah, except you soft mod your wii to do so. I dunno if everyone here would be into it (voids warranty). But it DOES freeze levels (no mini-games in WarioWare, no Dialga Palkia stage change) when you play with it on.

I propose the stage bans mentioned... and let the players decide for their matches in terms of whether it's stock or time, and what items if any.

Also we should get these matches going by weeks. Like, week 1 for the first tier, week 2 next tier, etc.
