I'd suggest that you get a job and work only. The Q1 food will keep your wellness static, training will make you lose 1 per day. Whenever we can get some money together we can get you somewhere better where you can fight for cheap wellness. You will also want to apply for a different citizenship.

The gifts should've boosted your wellness automatically. The food gets used once per day automatically. The moving ticket gets used automatically when you change your location. From what I've heard you can only change your location to a country allied to the one you are in or that is neutral, so I don't think you could get to Canada in one ticket. That is why I suggested Peru, you could also go to Ireland.

Canada has a lot of problems of it's own going on and might not be the best place to go to get some cash together.

You aren't on IRC so I figure just tell you what you need to know here. I gave you 5 wellness worth of gifts and a moving ticket and a gun. So move to the capital and if you aren't 40 or over when you go to fight let me know and I can send you some more gifts. Sending you too many gifts will be a waste since you are about to get a ton of wellness, so I tried to give you just enough.

Basically go fight once then here is the tricky part. Click on Go Back to Battlefield on the bottom, then above the fight button you will see a link to the hospital. Click there and then click heal. Many people miss this and it seriously is the only way to heal which is kinda bullshit but whatever. At this point you should have like 80 wellness which will make your employer much happier. I sent you a gun to help you go up a rank in the military a little quicker.

For the first week or so you can really only click 2 links a day til you hit level 5, but it is a good time to learn a bit about the game and save up some moneys.
