[/quote]A lot of those are tactical simply to keep Russia from being able to attack. There's a system using initiative, and when a country is attacked, they lose initiative and cannot attack for 24 hours. That's what Idaho is mostly. Vermont and Montana are on behalf of USA, Ontario is the only actual battle. Not quite sure what Nunavut is tbh.

Thats really sucks, where are you? If you are in the US that is probably why. The US economy is not so great and everything is being dumped into the war for California as possible since it's a really big deal for the eUS. If it falls we basically take out another of the biggest threats and narrow our list of enemies down to just Russia.
