Today I went to a neurologist.
In the next three weeks or so, I have to go to a cardiologist, an optometrist, get an EEG, an EKG, an MRI, and an MRA, then go back to the neurologist because no one has any idea what the fuck is wrong with me.

I had a similar situation....actually I went through almost the exact same set of doctors. Eventually the best answer I got was that I have low blood pressure and had a concussion and a low heart rate so these factors may occasional align to cause my head fuzziness and almost blackouts I get sometimes.

This happened to me a couple years ago.

I was simply exercising too much and not drinking enough water during hot summer months. Blood would rush out of my head whenever i stood up.

Yes exactly what I had. All tests came out super normal, my dad's friend is a neurologist and said that ironically if someone is really healthy but has low blood pressure they can get symptoms like these and that it isn't really that dangerous. The worst symptoms I had were like you are describing, tunnel vision with light headedness and feeling like I was going to pass out. This eventually went away and now I just get fuzzy sometimes or feel like my mind is trying to force me to sleep sometimes (best I can describe it?) and I can't push myself too hard working out because then I get super weak and foggy and lightheaded for like an hour.

I also had "floaters" but those are pretty common and nothing to worry about either.
