I'd make a modest house for HeK and myself, and one for my parents close to everyone in the city. I'd pay off my debts and any debts my family and HeK's family might have, and then save some, invest some, and travel some.

You don't want to live off the grid if you have solar panels because the electricity company actually pays you if you put more power into the grid.
