You may know me to hate pretty much anything Japan.

I love the Miyazaki movies though. I wish Cartoon Network didn't suck and actually showed them like they did 3-4 years ago :<.

My Neighbor Totoro is one of my favorite movies :3. Catbus is adorable.

First movie of his I ever saw was My Neighbor Totoro, in it's original Japanese form.  My 1st grade music teacher was a leet azn, so we got to watch some of it for a class period.  My personal favorite of his is spirited away, but I've only seen about half of his works, mostly the later stuff.

the next one you should watch is mononoke-hime (princess mononoke) and then nausicaa of the valley of the wind (this one is a bit dated in terms of his animation style but is still very good)

ponyo was good, castle in the sky is really damn good, whisper of the heart is good, totoro is fuckawesome, as well as howl's, uh, mononoke is awesome (and radio this one's not childish at all watch this one)

If I had to choose, and I mean, put a freakin gun to my head, I'd say Princess Mononoke was my favorite.  It barely edges out the others though.  And you should all see Naussica of the Valley of the Wind.
