I must suffer this lag then as well as bad graphics :C

Oh man, not sure why, but so far I'm feeling VERY noticeable input lag on anything below a 4 bar connection.  On 360 those would run into choppy moments and crap, but I never felt a ton of input lag like this.

It's not out of the realm of possibility, I've played 0 bar connections that play better than 5 bar connections.

Set your game specs to the lower setting.

if you can play tf2 at a decent framerate you shouldn't have any problems with everything at low in SFIV

The best part of this is when I tried playing it, it seemed to conflict with the TF2 idler.

goddammit everything is at the absolute lowest setting and it still lags like balls.
a single time second ingame is like 30 in real life

Edit:Okay so now apparently I can't uninstall Street Fighter because for some reason when I click Delete local content and say yes absolutely nothing happens.
Also the game doesn't appear in my Add or Remove Programs thing.

What's your videocard? You have similar specs to me and I can run everything on low at 60 fps, with backgrounds set to high because I don't like looking at nothing. It only slows down during certain ultras, which isn't a big deal to me since it's not during a crucial point of gameplay. :p

Try setting the frame rate to Fixed. It made mine run a lot more smoothly.

That helped the game move just barely faster, but it made everything extremely choppy, so that didn't really help.
