Never Fail Oil is open for business in Louisiana. Posted a bunch of job openings with crap pay. If you want one I will adjust after you are hired to give you good pay. I'd suggest everyone that can work there, now we never have to worry about our ticket company's oil supply!

I posted some serious job offers at skill lvl 4 though since those are super useful people to have.

Double Edit: I think that with raw mats the key is upgrading your company's quality level. I did a bit of research and it seems that the stock added is equal to the quality level, but as you boost the quality in the company productivity to make a mat doesn't drop too much. So that really ends up being were the profits are. The only problem is it is super expensive to upgrade a quality (20 for Q2, 50 for Q3, 100 for Q4 and 200 for Q5 in gold). I'm trying to see if this will re-prioritize our investment strategy.

I don't think 10 USD is enough for level 4 workers tbh. I'm working at an oil company now and I'm making 9 USD at level 3. How much were you planning to pay the level 3 workers? (I have a skill of 3.10).

Looks like a Q2. Also you might want to take a look at the job market every now and then, salary wages are cut throat and everyone goes for the highest paying job. I think you might have a hard time affording level 4 workers with a q1 company.

Higher Q companies pay higher because you take much higher wellness hits when working for them. The wages common in Q1 companies are in line with the table I put above. Looks like in mats the Q1 companies sort of just break even until they can afford to bump the Q. TBH most companies above Q1 are dicking over their employees.

Edit: you are right though bumping the quality of the oil company may be the best use of the gold I am expecting at the moment. My Diamond/Gift scheme would earn us mega-bucks but to do it we'd need a very large initial amount of gold, and there isn't any other high resource material in the US to go into another industry. The big hope is getting in on the huge moving ticket demand that is going to come with people moving back to the US and to the states they decide to set up Q5 hospitals in.

....well now that we have california we could do grain/food. But the more I look into it the more it seems like the key to being successful with a material company is getting your Q up.
