Negate, I need you or someone else with land skill to come work for NFO now since I think we dipped too low to pay someone or at least someone quit for some reason. I had to buy all of our oil stock through BRBU Air to put some money back in and we are now under the magic 10.

I'm getting a lot of gold now so we should be getting close to the magic goal for a Q3. This means that the oil company can potentially be very profitable especially after buying a license or two to some of our strong allies with no high oil of their own. In the meantime it's going to be tough riding out this economic storm, but at least we aren't alone. A lot of business owners are having a tough time with the economy in flux caused by this war.

I think our next industry should be something safe like food  :-\

Everyone needs to fight hard today, follow the DoD orders. We have to win at all costs, 5 fronts, or else we lose the initiative. And if we win, WW3 is effectively over as the last PEACE MPP front will be closed!

Also we got 21 gold in BRBU's account, we need 50 to get the oil company up another Q to be safer on profit margins. I'm expecting like 20 in the next few days. If anyone has any spare gold to cover the rest it would be most appreciated. We are kind of losing money because of the crazy labor markets right now, and it's not letting me drop any wages yet. Plus prices keep falling again and a lot of our money is tied up in stock, stock I don't want to drop the price on just to sell quickly....yet.

The plan is to keep an eye on things today, if they don't get better then drop our stock to sell. Then start dropping the wages on some of our more expensive employees that didn't turn out to make us as much money as I thought. If they leave we might need to find replacements but it looks like it would be better to replace them at the bottom skill level so if we are losing money on them it's barely anything.

Also a lot of idiots playing the company ownership gaming and effing things up for the rest of us. Like Q2 gold is way under what it should be based on Q1 costs even though Q2 gives you twice the stock of Q1. And many people are trying to pay their employees the same wages trap employers are paying without figuring out if they will be losing money at those wages.

Yeah, the unstable economy is pretty fucked. But if we win today, World War 3 is pretty much over, so stuff will probably normalize in a couple of weeks.

I've made an effort to work at full wellness the last 2 days, but I don't think I will tomorrow because I'm fighting today. :o

Always stick with your job. Taking other skills is generally a bad idea.

It's not good to switch skills unless your skill is really bad in the labor market because you will have to work your way back up to being worth a decent wage. Negate is supposed to fill in the 10th slot sometime today I think. Also everyone that works at BRBU Air is good, that company is solid and profitable at current prices and wages. I only had to drop one wage and not by too much.

NFO is another story thanks to the crazy fluctuation in oil prices and a bunch of newbs company owners not knowing how quality in raw materials work. I need to drop a lot of wages but can't yet because of the 3 day rule. I've saved where all the wages should be on erepublik.ws if anyone with access wants to check.

On the gold decide if you need it first, but the sooner we hit Q3 the better as that is the magic number in a material company and from now on we shouldn't get into any material company we can't get to Q3 immediately. We have 21/50 gold towards that now, I'm expecting 15-20 in the next couple of days.

We need to put together a gift fund...anyone has some money they can pitch in for gifts? If not I will work something out. We can give you 10 wellness a day in gifts so in 2 days you should be able to fight and use the hospital. If you aren't 5+ level yet you should check your employer and make sure they are a Q1 company, if not there's your problem.

You should be making good gold with your skill level. In the eUS right now it's easier to make gold as an employee than an employer unfortunately
