Since I have a bye, I've been trying to get all members of my team up to Lvl100. The other day I got Venus up there, and just now I got Conflicker finished with. Conflicker has 400,000+ more EXP than Venus.

Also names omitted for my own benefit. Those who I've fought against know that those two are kinda the stars of my team.

if you maxed their evs it doesnt matter, my team is level 100

Well, if you ever decide to change things later, you won't be able to. I had to change the EVs of one of my pokemon, so you really can't say it will never happen.

To be blunt, if your team isn't ev trained at the very least, I highly highly doubt you'll win any matches. EV training gives such a higher advantage.

Durp. Didn't stop G-Rad from sweeping his way to the top last time. While I agree with you, it's a substantiate advantage, I don't think theirs any harm in letting someone throw their hat in the ring and get some expereince.
