D2N sucks, server's on my computer, looking for new host.

Thank god they didn't mess up any of the other structures. I know they flooded the diglett caverns entrance, but that's fixable. Nothing too major was destroyed aside from Dark Chiefs castle.

I was hoping for a server box, but I'd go with that if we can't find anything soon. If we could somehow get a system that'll let me access it myself, that'd be even better.  Could you guarantee it'd be on 24/7 or would that be a problem?

I may actually just go with this VPS service through Linode. I've been talking on the Minecraft forums and apperantly it's the best and/or cheapest way to host a server remotely. It's the same as a regular server, except each box is split up into several different nodes. One of these nodes will be "would be an ample amount for a server." Since it's quarter to 6am, I'll try to get to this later today. Also, if anyone'd be willing to donate, you'll get a fancy sticker on my header.

In other news, I stay up too late. :-\

Already rented that VPS actually, thanks for the offer. I get a 7 day satisfaction guarantee thing so if it doesn't work I can just get my money back. I'm hoping to also be able to host a webserver off this thing if I can master the ways of terminal based operating systems.

I'll try and get the server moved to the vps shortly. In the mean time though, it's still up on my computer. I'll make an announcement and change the banner's link when I get it running.
