[/quote]Yeah, I have my entire steam library chilling on a 500Gig external HDD.  Pretty handy, although the save files can get a little wonky if you end up switching computers with it.

I run L4D, TF2 etc pretty easily

I'm enjoying the 360 version, but it is a shame to hear that the ending was a waste...Worse than Fallout 3 (according to the above article) is getting pretty damn bad lol

The game itself is kind of overwhelming with all the guns you get.  You could fill out your inventory in minutes with an assortment of all kinds of weapons.  Then you gotta sift through them all to figure out what is good and what sucks and then sell off a batch to go and get another batch.  Not a bad thing, but with other games like Fallout 3 or STALKER, it was more than just weapons, so it felt more natural.  It almost doesn't even make sense why there are dozens upon dozens...upon dozens...upon hundreds, just lying around every w here, in the belly of creatures, in graves, in lockers, in toilets, in loot chests...If it was just off bandits, finding guns and then at the end of boss fights that could be understandable, but you turn a corner and you'll end up falling into a pile of guns, it's crazy lol

Seeing that the game is more built around co-op, I could see that they added in so many weapons so that everyone can get stuff, but then they forgot to make singleplayer options, so your stuck with the amount of loot that would work with a crowd of four.  Oh and I am so glad these guys aren't silent hero's.  You can customize their colors a wee bit, but they'll talk when they take down bosses or really tough guys and what not.  They don't talk alot, but just enough so it doesn't feel like your a mute like Freeman or Link.

Either way, it seems like a fun and reasonable game.  I'll probably end up doing a run of the game (I'm liking soldier more than I thought I would the hunter/sniper), see if any friends get it, and then probably just end up trading it in for Call of Duty in a couple weeks.  And I say that not cause it's a bad game, it just doesn't seem to have alot of variety that would make it worth replaying more like STALKER/FO3.

You may remember some minor controversy a while back when Gearbox announced that they had scrapped the game's initial design in favor of cel-shaded graphics.

Gearbox never said the game is cel-shaded. This is mostly because the game isn't cel-shaded.

guns guns guns, people dont have food or money or armor, they have guns, guns in chests, bears have guns, dogs have guns, the ancient cache of treasure from 2000 b.c is FULL of guns, GUNSGUNSGUNS MOTHERFUCKING GUNS

I think I have enough money in the bank. I'm a college student with no steady income though so I would rather not just in case someone bails out or can't pay for some reason.

No they have money...but they spend it on guns, they eat guns, they wear guns, their houses are made out of guns, they have babies that are part guns, and then learn how to shoot guns...So yes...lots of guns XD
