Alright so here's the deal, I have an epic shit tone of Mcdonalds Monopoly pieces (me and my sister have been trying to get some of the sets). We have a lot of sets there are only missing ONE piece, if anyone else has been doing the Monopoly Thing here are what we've got:

Sadly, your playing right into their hand. They give out a shit ton of all but one piece in a set, and release that one in very limited quantity, thus tricking you into thinking your odds are better then they are, and motivating you to keep stopping their to buy more food/pieces. You'll likely just keep getting more of the same, because the one's your missing is the one they only release a teeny few of (sorry to be a debbie downer >.<)

no I actually fully understand this aspect of the game, that's why I'm posting it online, theres a better chance of finding a missing piece if your not afraid to share the money and open it up to an entire forum board

You should know those missing one pieces are actually default winning pieces. It tells you that you've won, and what to do on the piece. Says so in the rules. (There's no rules on collection. Instead that part is described in the section 'Redeem Winning Game Stamps')

You're better off entering those pieces in the online game if you haven't already, since what they do won't be confirmed on the pieces themselves. Also, I have no idea how the online game system works.

EDIT: I'm wrong. Skimming through the full rules, it appears that collection is necessary. Still, expect none to randomly evoke a piece for any asker without themselves confirming it's a winning piece.

But the thing is Neonie, if they have the third piece everyone wants, why would they trade it for half the money? I mean, if the other 2 in the set are more common, why not just buy a bunch of $2 drinks or whatever they come on and look for them themselves?

If you have one of the rare pieces...its really really easy to get the ones you are missing just by buying a bunch of shit
