I didn't know whether to put this hear but I almost went into another rage. This woman that wasted my time on Friday because she wouldn't take a digital report. I drove a substantial amount out of my way again to deliver and she wanted to look over it and have her coworker look over it first like I was handing her a blank report or something. Then her coworker was talking about scanning it and I got pissed. It was an update so the exact same report they paid for last time at half the fee and with updated numbers, they should be happy not going out of their way to insult me and piss me off.

Last Tuesday, my wife of 11 years told me she got caught cheating with a married co-worker by his wife (they have an 18 month old child). My wife told me she was only telling me because she wanted to get to me before the other woman did. Otherwise, she would not have told me.

Yes, I'm devastated. I'm not quite sure what the coming weeks or months will bring for me except unpredictability. So if you don't see me around for stretches, rest assured that whatever I am doing I would rather be gaming or making snarky jokes. If you do see me around I will be intent on some much needed gaming escapism.

I'm even more depressed because my back up plan was to live on a houseboat in Amsterdam but looks like someone beat me to that. I never wanted to before, but maybe I'll take Shadowcast up on his offer to wear a blonde wig and schoolgirl outfit for me.

I'm really sorry Rummy, that is one of my greatest fears because of how much effort goes into a marriage so I really feel for you. Hope to see you around soon.

I started running a fever and showing flu-like symptoms on Friday. Early Saturday morning my condition worsened (I couldn't keep down water and you don't want to know about the diarrhea) and my fever hit 102 degrees so I was taken to the ER and given medications + fluids. Luckily it wasn't H1N1 or anything, just a stomach virus. My temperature continued to fluctuate until Sunday evening and I spent most of Monday recovering. I have a draft of a paper due today and I had planned to spend the weekend working on it.  >

Also, sorry to hear that Rummy. It sucks to hear something like that happen to a great guy like you. I can't even imagine what it must be like.
