I'd like to ask the community give me a hand in some voting in an online contest. Basically a good friend of my Dad's is in need of a car and entered a contest to get one. One of the local car dealerships is having people vote on stories that people post on why they would be deserving of the prize.
You can read their story and vote here Long story short, he's unable to have children so he adopted one and has a chronic kidney disease, and their car is on its last leg. The bad part of this contest is that you have to sign up for an account, but it takes all of 5 minutes, just make any info you put in look legit. And please, don't vote multiple times using different accounts on the same IP, as I know more than a few of you would know how to make an automated script to do so. Any help in making this a reality would be more than appreciated Oh and you can vote once every 24 hours. Â Sig by Joel |

should we try to make it look like we're from the area using a local address? Or can we just use something real?
*edit* And should I pay it forward? I can force everyone on the ESF forums to read about this. But it is a multinational group of people. <+Karrde> welp, time to learn some basic patterning skills <@Negate> 12121212121212121212 <@Negate> there is a simple pattern <+Karrde> I changed my mind. Gonna cosplay as a gay demon from hell and get negate raped instead XD <+Caffeine`work> Karrde: Gay demon? Why would you need to cosplay just go as yourself <+FlyingMongoose> Caffeine`work: Karrde would actually have to tone it down some.

I think you can only choose US Locations, but given its just a car dealership I doubt they'd trace international IPs, its not like we're trying to get Moot elected Time's person of the year or anything...

I can't beleive the chick in first is actually winning. Her story was basically "well she LOVES free spirit and now she's away from her family doing college and can't visit us " |

Bumping to keep this on the 'Unread Posts Radar', please continue voting, seems like one of the contestants had a surge and it might be tough to keep up.

Recruit Dtoid. You have influence there, right?
Feeling generous? Karf is a respectable human being. http://i.imgur.com/MTVw5.png Thank you, Mr. Pelican. |
