Its only like a 15min ban if I recall correctly, so unless an admin unbaned you right away, you're probably unbanned now

Looks like gaysurge turned on moderation, requires registration, and put a key on the channel. HeK, Ain, or Versus need to remove it. Or you can register, and try /join #brbuninstalling *

I have something similar. i get "Cannot join channel (+r)"

Auth with authserv and try the join command I mentioned. Or just wait until someone can fix the channel modes. I know what is wrong already, I just lack the access to fix it because I'm not a BRBu server admin.
