the other day I sprinted about 200 meters through open terrain while cadre were lobbing arty sims at my squad toward a town where we suspected a high value target was hiding, at the end of the this run was building.  Being the dude who carries around the saw, that makes me defacto breach man for some reason, so after kicking in the door, we cleared a 3000 sq ft building full of people with guns.  while doing this i was wearing an IBA (27 lbs), a FLC with a bunch of MOLLE crap(6 lbs), 3 liters of water (12 lbs), ACH with NOD (8 lbs) my M249 (20lbs loaded 200 round drum) and an assault pack with 2 more drums of 5.56 and some other crap (10 lbs).  I weigh 145 lbs right now.  After leap frogging through a couple more buildings with another platoon, we captured the HVT, and moved off the objective under more indirect fire to the LZ half a mile away.  We stepped off at midnight.  The night before we did a 7 hour long patrol that covered 11 miles in the same gear.  The night before that we did a night recon mission, that got compromised and involved lots of arty sims.
