LT= Lactic Threshold. Which is when you fill up your muscles with so much lactic acid that you cry and throw up and want to die, and then keep going.

[/quote]It is. Though the one up side is that I can eat an ungodly amount of food and not gain weight. So far I've eaten two things of meatloaf, a bunch of corn, a potato, two slices of pizza, and a number 2 from Wendy's (1/2 lb burger fries and a drink). I'm not even full yet.
