I'd try to do something for this if it wasn't for the fact that I'm really pressed for time doing my own design classes and mod work.  Plus I'm not the best graphic designer out there

Also, is it possible to use a bit of javascript to get the banners to rotate in the same frame?

you really dont have to use _any_ script, the contest was designed so that people who know nothing at all about coding could do it  :-*

pretty sure they are just looking for a pretty front page for the website...we have plenty of code monkeys in here who can do that stuff.

Well, I was pretty much just sayin like, if made the design with an idea to use some javascript or CSS for some features, could they be used, but I gotcha.
