Best friend I've gotten to know and chat with often for about a year who lives two states over decided to never come online MSN for over a week, I text/email him a few times asking what is up and he says he basically doesn't want to talk to me anymore for whatever fucking reason and wants to "break away".

Did he actually give a reason or is he being vague?

The best you can do is write a heartfelt message, or better a real letter, and see if he responds to that. If he doesn't, then I hate to break it to you but it doesn't sound like he is being a good friend to you. Don't chase relationships where the other side doesn't reciprocate.

Yeah dude, that's bordering on hyperpyrexic. I'd actually start measures to physically cool yourself off (ice, etc). If it rises any more then you need to seek medical attention man.

And how would that make you feel better? You body's temperature raises so your antibodies become more effective... you think it's some kind of evil trick the virus you caught is pulling?

"Oh damn it's only 37°C in here (the perfect temperature for a virus like me), but I'm still a bit too cold, I'm going to turn the heat up a bit."


The only positive thing sitting in a tub full of ice would bring is a higher sperm count.
