Obviously he was attached to the jet. He tried picking him up with the charred helicopter that is sitting on him, but that didn't work out so well as you can see. Neither did the jet idea. The whale blew up. RIP whale.

Yeah, if you throw a grenade at the whale it explodes. Also, that is probably the best whale model I've seen in a game, besides that one Wii game about swimming. This game should have had whales, though the ability to grapple whales to jets would have made PETA burn their offices down.

And being able to blow up a whale carcass isn't offensive to them? Whale riding would've been pretty much the greatest idea in this game.  Also should've had sharks you could fight off when diving for black boxes in the ocean.

it is just a motorised shark fin - there is no shark beneath it, just some sort of motor a little way beneath the waterline

Details: this is whats at the ? on your pull out map
disposable helicopter/plane reccomended
shoot off all the sand bags, then activate the burner a bunch of times to get it going
you have no real control over its direction, so its only good for a laugh
you cant do a base jump off of it

Lost Island
location: the small island in the top left of the map
the 'hatch' is at 1743 x 4363
Details: your plane blows up when you are over the island
you can still order stuff from the black market.

Mount Rushmore 'spin off'
co-ordinates: 30453 x 30698
(slightly south east of the military base)
Details: it is very similar to mount rushmore - it has 3 giant faces carved in the rock (but it curves in the wrong direction)
however, behind it there is what looks like a large greenhouse that you cant see into, or get into as far as i can see

Bump for greatness.

There was one thing I was sure this game was gunna pull on me, and that was a long drawn out intro.

After a 3-something minute cutscene, they already have you JUMPING OUT OF A HELICOPTER flying down to grab a damn disk from someone MID FALL. Right after that, you parachute down to invade this huge complex embedded in the mountains blowing up all sorts of crap and tearing through a small army trying to find the other disks before you blow up two big anti aircraft guns(along with anything else you want, they give you a minigun with infinite ammo) before rappelling to a friendly chopper and flying away!

GOD DAMN this game is incredible!

If you haven't seen yet, they gave out free DLC (Pimped out Ice Cream truck) and have two sets of DLC with items in mind for specific packs.  I saw something about a jet propelled parachute, multi-rocket launcher, and some other weapons and vehicles.
