From what I was told by Caff & his brothers, if you passed out in a common area with your shoes on, you were fair game at Caff's frat. They were pretty brutal if you were drunktarded. One time I saw someone get nailed in the side of the head with the metal end of a beer bong, while we were playing cards. It was like 4pm, complete craziness.

I passed out on that nasty ass couch they had right by the balcony. Caff rescued me before anything bad happened though.

Hah, I remember that and yea the rule was as follows

Did they pass out completely?
- Proceed to Next Question

Are they in their room?
- If they are, stop, if they are not in their room go to next

Are their shoes/sandles still on?
- If they took them off, stop, they were at least conscious enough to realize they were passing out
- If they are still on however....

If they have passed out...anywhere, and their shoes are still on, they are fair game for whatever you want to do to them, shave their head, draw on them, stack shit on them, because if you were too dumb-tarded to walk the extra last bit to wherever your room is, you will be punished.
