- If you switch class to fulfill an empty role, someone else will do it at the exact same time. If the class is sniper or spy, two to four other players will do it at the exact same time.
- The only grenade/rocket/sticky that hits you will also be the only crit in the bunch.
- When your buildings are left unattended as engie, the number of spies in the area approaches 12.
- As a medic, you will have last priority on the medkits.
- You are always just within reach of the Chargin' Targe.
- Equalizers always crit.
- When you try to feign a direction to mislead a huntsman sniper, he will fail to lead off in the first place and hit you through dumb luck.
- When you jump to a point that's about to be captured, you will arrive there just in time to land helpless on the enemy team's head for fragfest.
- During fragfest, you will be killed within 1 second of the next round starting.
- When you headshot a low-hp class with Ambassador, you will be unable to get the second shot off. Ever.
- When throwing Jarate, a teammate will walk in front of you.
- When faced with Liquid the Sniper, taunt and he will ignore you.


EDIT: Got some more.
- Medkits secretly hide from flaming players.
- When destroying a sentry to reposition it, you can never find the last scrap you need to get back to 130.
- You will facestab a target when it's unnecessary and failstab a target when it matters.

I am in 100% agreement here ;P

Also, whenever a melee fight begins between two players, some ass will always kill one of you just before it ends, leaving both players unfulfilled.
