I ordered a Phone from Verizon online so I can get Apps finally. Phone gets shipped, and I am really pumped to get my Droid. I check the tracking number over lunch yesterday, and it has been delivered and signed for by somebody I have never heard of.
I get home, no package. I go next door, nobody by that name lives there. So not only is my phone totally gone, but I guess some stranger was hanging out in the lobby of my apartment, around my door at 9:13 yesterday, doing who knows what. Sweet. Call Verizon, they say they canât give me a refund until FedEx states they canât track the package, which could take 3-10 days. Oh, and my Blackberry died last week so I donât have a phone at all. Like a boss. |

buy one of those cheap-ass pay-as-you-go phones? never hurts to have a backup, and they're cheap enough if you don't talk on them for hours on end, like 10cents a minute or something iirc. sucks about getting jipped though

So, yesterday, I received an email telling me to be at X at XXXX hrs tonight. FML, I'm supposed to have a date. Ok, call, reschedule with cute girl. Today, I receive a call, yeah, X at XXXX is scrapped, be Y at YYYY hrs instead. @$%@#% Call, reschedule again, she thinks it's kinda funny, plus since we're going out right before hand I'm just going to wear my uniform and you can guess how that usually goes. So, again with the phone calls, Y has been scrapped completely, let's call the whole thing off. God, I <3 the Army.Â

No way anybody else signed for this; my neighbors work and I know them sorta well (I split a house in half, kind of like a condo). He is a vet, she is a non-profit lawyer from H-Law and both are pretty nice, and I donât think they are going to steal, jailbreak, and flip a Droid on Ebay. I pretty much just text and surf on my phone. I only used two minutes last month. I might as well wait. Iâm just angry I guess, thanks for letting me vent. |

He was in WWII so they did a whole service and everything, then one of the soldiers gave my grandma the flag and made this really amazing speech to her. They even did the 21 gun salute which is when i started crying.

My only grandfather has dementia, so I can never really carry on a conversation with him. He barely can remember my name now.
