For me, UP had a really sad opening (seriously, if you didn't bawl you're a robot), but what really got me was the scene of him looking at his wife's adventure book (up on the paradise falls). The pure raw emotion of that scene is one that's implanted in my memory, and honestly, I'm probably going to think of that whenever I think of a heartwarming emotional moment.

Also I still have a Woody and Buzz Lightyear toy.  Sad

For me, the last scene was a happy one. In the end, they all knew that Andy hadn't forgotten about them and he loved them enough to make sure they were well taken care of. The scene that had me tearing up (YES I FUCKING TEARED UP AT TOY STORY. WANNA FIGHT ABOUT IT?) was:

******SPOILER ALERT********

When they're sliding into the incinerator and and they all just hold on to each other, resigning themselves to death. That shit was depressing.

I’ve been drafted to go see a movie this weekend…either twilight or Night and Day......

So I’m seeing Night and Day. Has anybody else seen it yet?

Quote:I'm going to speak plainly in a language everyone can understand. M. Night Shyamalan's THE LAST AIRBENDER is a hate crime against film lovers. No one should ever have to endure what I was unexpectedly put through yesterday afternoon watching this murky 3-D shitstorm of a movie that appears to have been shot through unflushed toilet bowl water, which, upon reflection, seems 100 percent appropriate.

:'(

It's not abysmal like most of the critics are saying, but it is pretty bad. If I was still a fan of the TV show, I'd stay away from it.

See, the problem with The Last Airbender is... M Night Shyamalan. He could've directed it, but should not have written it and produced it. When I saw the creators of the show in the executive producers credits, I'm wondering why they let that man have that much creative control over the movie. Dev Patel and the guy who played Iroh can act. The guy who played Iroh played his role perfectly. Dev Patel can act, but not in the way M. Night Shyamalan wanted him to. They could've just gotten the people who played the characters in the cartoon, and even though they look NOTHING like them, if they hired them to act their characters, they'd have done it 10x better than who Shyamalan got (except Iroh since the person who played him is dead.)

Considering that the people they cast look nothing like the original characters to begin with, your idea seems even better.

anywhere is better than being stuck in fuckin bruge

also at least the voiceactors for the cartoon show could act the characters, since they did it for 3 seasons. imo it should've been an a-list animated movie, 2hours or maybe 2 and a half hours to sum up each book, they could've recycled some animations and added new animations, and it'd do better in boxoffices and dvd sales than this movie will.

I watched Wyatt Earp a few nights ago.  Ugh, skip the 1st hour.  Hoakey and stale.  The rest is alright though.  Dennis Quaid as Doc Halliday is the best aspect of the entire movie.  Out of the park.  Have Tombstone waiting to be watched too, as I want to see how both handle the same subkect matter.
