And these are gamebreaking issues.  I FINALLY got into a spot with my character where I got the undertaker and two basic upgrades so that I'm not FUCKED when I go up against some 100 ranking higher than me, but it's still no guarantee.  And I'm possibly into the pureskill idea if it means that it's basically a no upgrade server?

Yea they are putting chaos on hold while they try and push out the pure skill server ASAP. It basically allows no upgrades whatsoever.

Yeah I'm into that.  Put everyone on a even level that you just don't ever see in the regular game.  Almost always your coming up against either a noob or someone too high up to really fight against.

You have to be kidding about that. There's no way that APB forums have more idiots than the steamforums, and there's no way that only half the steamforums are idiots.
