If it was A or D, being 25% already violates its percentage. Since if the correct answer as A or D, you'd have a 50% chance, not a 25% chance, so cross out A and D.
If it was B, 50% chance, then it would have 2 out of 4 choices, hence half and half, just because A and D are the same answer does not mean its split 1/3 around. So cross out B.
C is the only right answer.

Lets pretend A & B are some other numbers other than 25%. If C said 25%, it would be the right answer because the chances of getting it are 25% and 25% is the number it gives. Since it says 0%, not 25%, its is right in that it is wrong. Since all 4 answers are wrong, you have a 0% chance to get the right answer, which makes C the right answer, but since C is the right answer, then you have a 25% chance that you would get the right answer, which makes it wrong.

turducken probably isn't that bad for you. Depending on how you cook it of course. The only fatty meat in there is the duck. Even then, if you did it in an oven vs. deep frying then it's not that bad. Now the 1lb burger sandwiched between 2 grilled cheeses? yeah, heart attack on a plate.
