Remember that post 2 weeks ago when the power went out.

IT FUCKING HAPPENED AGAIN from Sunday to 3am this (Tue) morning.

Maryland had a 20 minute storm which KO'd power for most of the county. Just like last time.... my building was out and every other building in the complex was on, AGAIN~!!!

We're in the middle of a heat wave, and the humidity is sky high. Had to ditch the fridge.

Sounds like a leadership problem, you should be counseling your subordinates better. 

In a related noted, after this last rotation there is now a new standard of suck at NTC: "The Massacre on the Mountain."  33 US casualties assessed from 4 OPFOR as they completely cleared a Combat Outpost, including killing the company commander while he was hiding in his hut.  It too, was a leadership problem.
