I got a call today, and assumed it would be a rejection for that job since they said rejections would be handled on Sunday. Instead, they were asking why I didn't show up to do paperwork.

"Uhhhh, what paperwork do I have to do exactly?"

"The hiring paperwork"

"I got hired?"

"Didn't somebody call you to inform you yesterday?"

"Uhhh, no. What position did I get hired for?"

"I don't know, they'll tell you after you've completed the hiring process."

So fingers crossed, I got tech support and not the other job. Apparently they're also hiring for Account Retention, and I really, really, REALLY don't want to work Account Retention in sales. I'd rather be back in fast food than doing retention. >_<

I got meds that actually stopped my chronic cough and made me feel so much better but had to stop taking them because of seriously bad side effects. Well I'm starting back on the nasal spray that worked great and I think the side effects were from the inhalant steroid they gave me.

I'm starting to give up on this subject :/

GOD DAMNIT this is seriously the most failure tastic summer I have EVER fucking had

As a last bastion of actually fucking accomplishing something this summer that I wanted to do (volunteer at humane society), and after ALREADY resceduling an appointment for their god damn open house to TODAY AT 4 PM (due to work fucking me over by sceduling me on a shift I NEVER usually work)... I of course get sceduled to work between 10-5.

No problem right? Larry agreed to come in at 3:30 vs at 5pm so I could leave @ 3:30 and get there in time for my appointment (the place is 20 min away).

Oh too fucking bad that larry decides to come in 20 minutes late

By the time I get home it's 3:50, I call them telling them that I'd be 10-15 minutes late and they said "rescedule, don't bother coming"... GUESS FUCKING WHAT their next orientation is next goddamn month when school starts, and I doubt I can work in my work, school, and do all their classes and orientations I'd have to attend in order to actually volunteer.

This summer is just one giant failure after another and I'm seriously fucking pissed at everything atm
