Wooo I'm an idiot. Apparently I have very mild asthma thanks to this bad allergy season, but since I'm under stress and not used to it whenever I get a little reaction I start thinking I can't breath and then hyperventilate. I feel kinda like an idiot right now.

I'm glad I'm not the only one, I was a little embarrassed when I found out I could actually breath fine and was hyperventilating. I'm glad I only have mild asthma, I couldn't imagine if I had it for real. I am really glad I'm starting Taiji next week though, should help me relax and do some really good breathing exercises. Also learn to kick ass slowly.

I took an inhaler everyday when I was young, in highschool I manned the fuck up and ran cross country and track without it.  Now I'm in the army and CS gas is like peppermint.  Your body is not weak, your mind is weak!
