steam broke with the new update when i finally rebooted. launch steam nothing happens. its in processes but not on taskbar or anything. never launches. kill process, reboot, etc nothing works. uninstalled and reinstalled still doesnt work

What OS are you on?

tiny xp. reinstalling seems to go through it patches steam and everything. then it wont launch again

have you tried deleting that .blob thing on registry at the main steam folder?
Deleting that hing sometimes makes miracles
