Started the first of 10 work-outs with a trainer today. OH DEAR GOD THE PAIN.
Do Circuits, then you can be a real man.

Eh, most likely true, but I'm a guy who just recently restarted exercising after months and months of...well, not. It was exhausting, but hopefully I'll get better with it over the weeks. I'm also dieting by selecting healthier food choices (good bye delicious fast food/microwave dinners/binge eatings) by having smaller portions to eat with as little sugar and fats as possible. Today I had half a roast beef sandwhich before and after my work out accompanied by a cheese stick. No soda either.
When you're up to it, Circuits are 2 minutes of something like pushups, mountain climbers, leg raises, situps, jumpies, etc. followed by a 100m windsprint (no jogging, pussy) and immediately into the next thing you're doing. So pushups -> windsprint -> leg raises -> windsprint. You do that without any rest time for an hour or two. I'm not sure exactly how long we did them for because our coach was berating us the entire time and we were doing it shirtless on asphalt during a florida summer.

Made my day: Got 107% on my first AP Physics B test of the year. I also got a 77% on AP US History test, which is pretty much the hardest course at our school.
it isnt physically possible to do this for an hour or two unless youre doing it completely wrong. thats the entire point of circuits is that theyre fast

last week after a dude won my ebay auction on my keyboard

"Sorry about the inconvience, I just wanted to ask if I can pay you on Friday. We have a death in the family, and so did my friend. It's for my son's band, so can you grant us until then?
Thank you for understanding."

I'm like no big deal I'm not hurting for money so I told him it would be fine.

I get an email telling me I got payment tonight and he sent me a message. I log on and see this;
"thank u 4 the tyme it waz my y, brother he dont have any kids but he love my like they waz his and a friends 2month baby so we being in alot but i just want u kown thank u 4 working with me my son be happy with it thank u agin drue"

Goddamn. My family got that back when it was three times the size, each disc in a full size dvd case. And it was like, $100

I had a good day. I spent money on clothes, deodorant, LEGO Rock Band, cymbals for the RB drums, and foodstuffs. Oh, and a thermometer and timer for work.

We had to roll a certain number to catch a Pokemon. And of course it was from the 90s.
