I hate updates like that because it just means it's going to be a billion times longer until I can set up a kickass MP server.

Whaddy mean, I thought we were just waiting for serverside inventory so people don't lose all their work whenever they leave. Mob's really aren't all that important :/

Ogawd I am so confuse. I made a mountaintop house...and that's about as far as I've gotten really. I made a bunch of stone tools and a forge and stuff, but I haven't found anything I can melt. Nor can I start my forge, or find anything to make fire. Maybe I'm digging to far up tho?

You won't get anything going up (MAYBE some iron).  You need to dig down into the caverns for Gold, Diamonds, and Iron Ore.  You then use the coal that you can find either up top or down below to get the forget cooking which is also used to cook up pig meat which does more health.

You can also use planks to do everything you can do with Coal, but it's painfully wasteful, but it beats nothing.

Multiplayer is pretty fun.

I did the equivalent of building a massive glass roof over Luin's house, essentially replacing the top of the mountain which it was built into.

It's still not ready for prime time, especially as I am running it from home and will be second to my voip traffic and effected by torrents.

That was actually quite a lot of fun last night. Hardly had any lag related issues, and the only bugs I saw were stairs not working and furnaces eating stuff. Other than that though, I already see the potential of this... and it's gonna be awesome. ;D
