afaik they put a stop to that pretty quickly with a redesign when it came out on the internet years ago. had a friend get a lock replacement out of it. they insure bikes up to $3500, so they were probably working overtime to put out a solution when the original video hit the net. that said, next time I'd try hitting up someone on campus to see if they can bring out some mammoth bolt-cutters. You have the key to your lock and seem like an honest, well-to-do kid, so you might be able to convince him to cut the other lock off. They probably don't want abandoned bikes on their campus anymore than you want to abandon your bike there.
