Somethings wrong again. Team Fortress 2 does NOT want to have good framerate. L4d2 and l4d work completely fine, but tf2 is being stubborn as hell. Any suggestions?

I think they introduced some problems in TF2 over the updates, I was having a crash on getting killed for a while.

I've been getting some stuttering when i load into a server for the first time, but my framerate hasn't really dipped. then again it's usually above 100 and i dont monitor it so
