In honour of Bacon's awesome generosity, I'm going to replay and hopefully finish the game this time! From what I saw online, I think I was getting towards the end in my first runthrough a while back, but my "not wanting to kill anything" attitude really got annoying. The crossbow wasn't the easiest of weapons to use, and while I'd only killed one person up until that point (I set mines for Anna Navarre so she wouldn't kill the person on the plane) it just got too annoying. That time I also only used a texture pack, so I'll try out some of the stuff in your link!
