According to this court ruling, Congress does not have the Authority to implement it. At most, it should be left up to the states. But because other courts have ruled otherwise, you can bet your ass it'll wind up in the supreme court. 11:35 Socks Greatbacon_work: Just accept the idea of enemas. |

for-profit insurance companies: a bad idea
make money by not giving you what you paid for, then telling you we have the best healthcare system in the world and every other country's is awful? sounds good to me |

Federal judges on the district, circuit, and appellate courts are bound by U.S. Supreme Court precedent. That's the way case law in this country works. This judge took it upon himself to disregard Supreme Court decisions of the past, and to rewrite interpretations of the law based on the perceived ideals of the Founding Fathers.
http://voices.washingtonpost.com/ezra-kl...decis.html Naturally this is going to go to the Supreme Court. In the meantime, Judge Vinson issued no injunctions against the law, so it is Affordable Care Act business as usual while the appeal process gets rolling. |

Getting my system ready for a format C:\ and re-install soon. I was backing up my \games folder, 378 GB, 311,091 files.
Got to thinking about the old days, when my HDD was 5.99GB and I had to think long and hard about what 600MB worth of game I wanted to delete when I got a new game to install. I love technology. |

Proposed design document for a rejected Metroid game by Retro Studios that was to be set between Prime 1 and 2.
