I've got a dedicated 750GB drive for monthly C:\ backup of games and /Users. Problem is I wiped it Friday afternoon in preparation for this reformat, planning on running the backup last night and then forgot to start the backup before I went to bed. Reformatted this morning like I planned, forgetting that I didn't have the backup.

Do I seem like a stable enough person for someone to volunteer me to try to dictate whose wrong and whose right without losing a friend? Do they think I want to do this after a long hard day of working thanklessly, paying for medicine for my sick grandmother?

I know how you feel on this matter, so many people seem to open up to me for advice. Don't get me wrong, I like to help people, but cant they at least wait till I get my degree and start making them pay for psychiatric services?

In class and teacher asks us to ready pen/pencil and paper for notes, I look through my whole bag not finding a pen or pencil so I ask like 3 kids next to me if i can borrow a pen/pencil and none of them have a extra, I ask a fourth kid if he has a spare and he looks at me then at his see through pencil carrier( which i can see clearly) and then he looks at me again and says no as if I didn't see the bag full of fucking pencils and says casually "Naw sorry".

5 minutes later my teacher bitches at me for not being ready for class.

Just spent all last night tossing and turning in bed, no sleep. Literally, not one minute of it.

Skipping work because at some point today I'm going to simply fall asleep and there isn't anything anyone can do about it.


Unrelated note: I still have my vis-a-vis crosshair dot from Killing Floor on my monitor from last night. God does vis-a-vis make medic'ing easier. Medic'ed a suicidal long run last night. We had some newbie join the server on the 8th wave and totally piss off a 2nd FP on us when they were busy w/ the first, so I had to be all hero and dive in-between the FP and the newbie to save his ass. Stupid thing almost broke my armor.

So submitted the first wave of paperwork to get into a house with 5 other guys next year.  Things look good assuming we all pass a credit report and junk.  Probably one of the best houses in town seeing as it's like two blocks away from Old Town and literally across the street from campus.

So, the property management company we were dealing with has a first in, first dibs policy with regards to their application paperwork.  Turns out some group of four girls who looked at the house yesterday had actually submitted their paperwork back in January, before anything was even on the market.  As a result no sweet house for us. :-\
