Was listening to a moron hyping this game to someone else on the weekend. He said that there was going to be cross system multiplayer between ps3 xbox and PC. I loled in my head , and didn't feel the need to correct him.

Damn, I can't wait for that cross system support.  Especially when the console players will only get a smaller section of the map, PC users having free reign to go where they want.  That'll show those snobby console players when they have to run out of bounds to capture a point!

i was thinking about how nice it would be to dominate the console kiddies with KB+M and show them which platform is truly superior

3/4th's of it is re-used video from the episodes they released, but the last 1/4th shows off the awesome Earthquake destruction and buildings falling, then shows some very quick tank and jet interiors.  It's actually a teaser for the 12 minute video they'll be releasing on Sunday, which I assume is all three episodes and then 3 minutes of new footage, hopefully vehicle action.

Preview for the "Back at Karkand" pre-order has now begun.  Not too much yet other than a concept shot for what Karkand could look like, though they do say it will have the original design still.  Much less hills and empty area I'm guessing to make it look like a bustling city.

I'm hoping by the end of the preview, we'll have either actual footage or at least some ingame screens of the area.

Another video with clips of new footage.  Also shows off the Karkand upgrade for a couple seconds.  So much new detail, it's gonna be pretty amazing lol Also they are bringing Rush into BF3 which I'm glad for.  Conquest is fine, but I like having objectives to accomplish, though I'm also hoping for something new to be added in to the series.

E3 will be showing off multiplayer footage.  Man this game looks glorious.

I heard they "did" with BF2, though that's BS I think, but I would agree.  Seeing that they are trying for more realistic animation, I'm guessing you can't go to prone unless your in crouch first or something like that I hope.

Some multiplayer footage was shown, though not too much.  Open Beta in September.  Of course gorgeous looking, though they picked a rather boring level to showcase with just some tedious tank action and UAV laser targeting.  Why not some Jet maneuvers or a combo infantry/tank battle?  And this is out October 25th? Coulda sworn it was November, but this is great, cause it comes out two weeks before Call of Duty lol
