Running Diagnostics

Hey guys, my computer has been goofing a lot lately with freezings that are either silent, loud buzzing, or just a random reboot. They mostly happen on games if it's a loud buzzing one, but I've been on Mozilla and it just reboot for some reason. I tried google but I don't really like trusting things from certain places I guess you could say, I.E. If I could make a better looking/working website than them, we have a problem. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had a link to some good guides or had an idea as to what to check out and what to look for in testing. Still pretty greenhorn in the computer diagnosing department so anything you guys have to suggest would be great and appreciated.

diagnostics is really just trial and error

you need to try isolating the conditions that make the computer freeze up.
certain length of time , certain load on cpu or gpu , whatever you can think of , being creative helps.

buzzing makes me think PSU , so you'll need some diagnostic tools as well
speedfan is a good one to start with. itll give you info on temperatures and voltages inside the box

What kind of temperatures am I looking for?

Normal operating temps are between 30degC and 40degC. Anything above 45 may be a problem.

Install and start logging then check those logs after it freezes
