I'd say give her more time, I didn't start enjoying her until I figured out the right runes and how to farm. She can be beastly once you figure her out. And like Zane said blinking to the carry in a fight with a skill that gives you massive armor buffs does a hell of a lot in a team fight.

Being targeted also has it's disadvantages, it means you can't predict where someone is going in fog of war and catch them.

Then stop complaining about the money you sank into her if you wanted to review her that bad.

Also the post you made a few pages ago are dead wrong. Cho and galio don't have blink moves (and hence can't do it better than Leona), you ended up just listing everyone to "make a point", but your point was misinformed and came off as you ranting for no reason on than to want to rant. Also 3 cc's on a tanky character isn't standard at all. Chogath has a stun and a silence, Alistar has a knock-back and knock-up, Amumu has a bandage pseudo-stun and an aoe snare dealie. These top "tanks" don't even have a 3rd cc to even talk about, or even pretend with imagination they even exist.

Those in bold can't actually flash back to the carry. You should actually spend 2 minutes and look at the move set of each character before going off on baseless rants.
Meowkai can teleport to the carry, yes, but his ult is not good for chasing and damage.
Malph can ult to the carry, and is good for chasing, but rarely does both at the same time effectively.
Cho'gath can't blink to the carry, but his ult is good for damage but not chasing, in fact only his rupture is good for chasing and thats an iffy one because it might not even hit due to it's long start-up time.
Singed can't blink to the carry, but he goes where he pleases almost as well as Mundo does. His ult is great for chasing but not for damage, his fling is great cc.
Jarvan can blink and ult like a motherfucker and thats the end of the story.

Once again, baseless points based on just wanting to not like Leona - if you spent any time playing the game it should be pretty obvious you're wrong on your statement. If you disagree, then back up your statement "Cho does all this (the blinking to the carry part) better".

Also, it's a pretty moot point. If Leona was better than Alistar and Amumu, then you have wasted your money on a subpar product still. The Alistar and Amumu you bought with your time/money is now worse than Leona, and you'd complain about power creep.
If you wanted perfect balance, then you're too idealistic to even be playing these sort of games.

to be frank, she has 2 cc spells, her stun and ult, the cc from the blink isn't so much cc as it is how the spell works
she has a single-target stun. this is good on an assassin/duelist. leona is none of these, she's supposed to be a tank. her ult is underpowered comparatively to every other ult in the game, in base damage, scaling, and effect. i'm not asking for perfect balance, i'm asking for a character who is not outdone in her niche role by other champions similar to her

also kinda loling that you don't think i know the movesets of my mains, is funny bro

fun fact- rupture is not as easy to dodge as you think! in fact, most champions are unable to get out of it if you land it dead center, this is why it is so insanely good.
also, you know, the fact that it has the single best form of cc in the game (knockup is a supress that you can't cleanse/qss)

besides once leona gets there, what is she going to do, you just initiated into an entire team, your going to be slaughtered and you lack the damage output to do much
