Wow, all laptops (I'm the only person who has a laptop, save the VP, owner and the owner's son, who are all exempt obv.) were banned today @ work indefinitely because everyone in the production floor seems to have a fetish with texting and talking on their cellphones, so cell's were banned and my laptop somehow got lumped in with the irresponsible fucks on the other side of the building.


Over two years I've brought my laptop in to work, and I only started because my mp3 player broke. I figured why replace that when I have a whole laptop. Never once did any management person ever say anything to me about not working and playing around on my laptop, because I never gave them cause to. Now I get fucked because people can't get off their fucking phones.

one of my guys here, a staff sergeant, squared the fuck away, borrowed my truck.  I told him to put fuel in it.  A little later, I send another of my guys to run another errand.  He walks back to the compound motherfucking me and my truck for sending him out with a POS vehicle. 

"Sir, your trucks a piece of crap, it died on me."
"What happened?"
"It just started puttering and died."
I turn to the staff sergeant who is right next to me.
"Hey Sergeant, you filled up the truck earlier, right?"
"yeah"
"did you put mogas in it?" (in the military mogas = gasoline)
"yeah"
"sergeant, it's a diesel truck."

I almost died laughing at him.

At one of my old jobs, we had a gas powered 4x4 cart that we used to get around the plant. One of my coworkers had been driving it around doing stuff and had taken it to the gas farm to refuel it. He calls me up letting me know that he put x gallons of diesel into the cart. I say "You mean gas right, it's not a diesel vehicle"

"oh yeah, i meant gas."


that damn cart never worked right again. We replaced the fuel filter every 2 weeks.
