[/quote]Sorry, was moving and managed to forget all about this in the process.  So, if you are still interested in playing, PM you char sheet and initial bet for control of Jon, and tomorrow morning I'll make the first post in this thread for the start of the adventure.

Alright, I got the initial bets from those who sent them.  If you didn't get a chance to PM me a char sheet, it's not too late.  Just try to get one in before the next bid for control happens and stick around the thread.  Now for the actual game

Sunlight filters in through the closed blinds and slowly moves across the floor of the room.  An hour passes until finally one beam in particular creeps up your face and lands directly on your eye.  The combination of heat and light is enough to finally rouse you from you slumber.  Still half asleep you roll out of bed and proceed to get dressed.  Your bluejeans feel a little tight and you don't remember buying the t-shirt you proceed to slide on over your head either.  Your head throbs a little from a mild hangover.  And on top of that you are having some trouble getting this bra strap closed... wait.  Bra?  Your eyes shoot open and you are wide awake.  You realize this isn't your room but some strangers room, the owner of which is mysteriously absent.  And female.  It is 10:20 AM on a Saturday.

Alright Merc, you won the bet, what do you do?

You wander around the small apartment, but can't seem to find anyone else there, not even a pet.  Finally you sit at the kitchen table and a folded piece of purple stationary catches your eye. 

"Hey, thanks for the fun night, sorry I had to leave before you got up.  There's food in the fridge, so help yourself.  See you tonight." 

And it's been signed with a bunch of frilly x's and o's.  No name though.

You open the fridge and pull out some ham, cheese, and bread.  You may not be a very good cook, but at least it's hard to burn a sandwich.

Sandvich fully assembled and devoured.  You step out to search for glory.  You open the front door and look around the street. 

Unfortunately you realize that glory is a very vague concept and isn't much of a direction, so you sort of stand around on the front stoop looking dazed and confused.

Deciding on riding the bus, you walk the half block to the bus stop.  You wait around at the stop with a somewhat muscular looking man, who is currently preoccupied with a magazine.

After a few minutes, the bus pulls up and you get on.  You swipe your bus pas and take a seat near the back, to better to survey the bus.

The muscular man takes a seat somewhere in the middle.  Just before the bus is about to take off, a scrawny youth runs up and barely manages to make the bus.

As it takes of, he proceeds to mill around in the aisle, looking agitated.  Eventually he decides to sit down near you.  He looks uncomfortable the whole time.

Finally he leans over and mumbles something, something along the lines of "don't do anything, this is a mugging, just hand over your wallet."  You now notice that he has a knife in his hand and is trying to menace you with it.

Using nothing but sheer will and your abnormal strength, you just sort of reach over and crush the hand holding the knife with your own hand.

A look of utter terror fills the man, who then proceeds to pull the stop cord and run to the front of the bus.

Content with your act of heroism, you slump back in your seat and let the rumbling of the bus lull you to sleep
